What Causes Mucus Filled Throat With Weird Feeling In Center Of Chest?

Hello for about three days now i have had this weird feeling in my in the center of my chest. My throat has been filled with mucos at the base and i am stating to worry about the health of my heart! Although i am a 20 year old male that does suffer from axiety any suggestions

Mucus in your throat with pain in the chest suggest you could be having any lung infection or throat infection,like URTI or LRTI. Its not related to your heart. I advise you to get one chest xray done and consult your doctor for proper diagnosis.
