What Causes Mucus In Stool And Vomiting?

I have mucus in my stool, urine and emesis.I am being treated for a vaginal yeast infection, if that helps. I am recovering from microplasmic pneumonia, having finished a round of antibiotics. I feel as though I have C-Diff, but with antibiotics in my system, the test will return negative. What could cause all of this mucus??
