General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It sounds like you may be experiencing some gastrointestinal symptoms. It is important to consult a doctor or healthcare professional to determine the cause of your symptoms and to receive proper treatment. In the meantime, it is important to stay hydrated and to continue eating a healthy diet. Avoiding foods that irritate your stomach, such as spicy or fatty foods, may help alleviate your symptoms.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Priyanka, General & Family Physician
