What Causes Muffled And Buzzing Sound In The Ear?

yes a month ago, i was shooting a pistol in a booth at a gun range, and the concusion off the pistol and bounsing off , the wall , hit my left hear, and hurt and muffuled my sound coming in that ear, its still fells muffuled and buzzes like a electric motor with curent on will it heel up the doctor, says it looks like i stiched the drum

hello, thanks for your query, 1 month old ear blunt trauma due can cause external ear bruise, ear canal laceration,ear drum perforation, ossicles (middle ear bones) can be deranged or sometime nerve injury causes permanent hearing loss. evaluate with an ent surgeon and audiometry tests. hope I have answered your query. all the best. take care.
