What Causes Multiple Anechoic Foci In Ovaries On An Ultrasound?
The right ovary measures 4.35 x 3.62 x 2.95 cm ( LWT) with volume of 24 cc.The left ovary measures 3.80 x 2.06 x1.43 cm (LWT) with volume of 6 cc. Nine anechoic ovoid to round foci are seen in the right ovary with sizes ranges from 0.60 cm to 1.63 cm.Seven same foci are seen in the left ovary with sizes ranges from 0.22 cm to 0.92 cm..It is dangerous im afraid....thanks..
