What Causes Multiple Bruises On Leg With Lump Behind Them?

I have been to my gp because I had a large bruise on my upper left leg plus tiny other bruises he sent me for a blood test which I had today but later on during the day I noticed that the bruise is going down but their is a lump behind the bruise the size of a pea and when I press down on it the lump is quite hard

I believe the bumps and bruising on your legs are caused by varicose veins. You should consult an angiologyst about it.
