What Causes Multiple Dizzy Spells, Fever With Nasal Congestion And Chest Congestion?

I am a 27year old female. For the last few weeks I ve had nasal congestion with a little chest congestion on and off. For the last 5 days or so I ve had multiple dizzy spells per day each day (increased frequency per day) and today a fever of 100.1 should I worry?

i think you should get your chest examined immediately and get an x ray of the chest. i am not sure without examination and detailed history but your features could indicate any of the follows

pneumonia
asthma/copd
allergic wheeze
upper respiratory tract infection

suggest get an x ray chest, and of possible an ABG
