What Causes Multiple Period And Vaginal Spotting While Sexually Active?

I had my menstrual cycle twice in during the month of August. Once in the beginning and Once during the middle. It is currently the next month and I am having symptoms of getting my Menstrual again (PMS). However, I have been sexually active with my fiancé. I had sex with him the day after the last day of my period that I received the second time in August. 5 days after intercourse, I saw some spotting when I wiped myself. I am due for my period on or before 9/11/14. It is currently the 10th and still no period. Should I be worried or might I be pregnant? Thank you.

Hi welcome to HCM...

It is the 10th day of delayed period ....

So pregnancy should be ruled out as history of unprotected sexual intercourse ....

For that you need to investigate with blood Hcg estimation that will be elevated .. .

Confirmation of pregnancy done by USG abdomen .....

If you are taking excess stress than period can be delayed.

Rule out diabetis by random blood sugar estimation...
If you are obese loose weight ....
Proper regular diet taken ....

Finally still cause not clear hormonal problem can be there or thyroid problem also are the possibility ....
