What Causes Multiple Periods In A Month While On Kenalog Shot?

Hi in July I got a shot of Kenalog-40 because I have a skin condition similar to seborrheic dermatitis. I got it on my stomach and once the doctor gave me the injection it went away about 3 days later. Now it s been Almost 2 months and I m having at least 2 periods every month. Is this normal? I ve never had irregular periods before and I m concerned

You may have to undergo some tests like thyroid hormone levels, LH, FSH, Prolactin as any changes in these hormones can change your menses pattern.
Ultrasound of uterus and ovaries to see any problem in them.
Stress due to any reason can alter your menses.
