What Causes Multiple Whip Like Marks On Back Of Thigh?
Hello I came home from work about six weeks ago and found 17 whip like marks on the back of my thigh. some of the marks were deep like i had been cut with a knife however there was no blood? I still have a deep line on my thigh which is taking its time to heal. i dont know how they appeared.

Well there symptoms you mention in query can occur due to many reasons , but in your case the symptoms are probably due to stretch marks .Rapid weight gain can cause stretch marks on thighs . Rapid growth and medical condition like Cushing’s syndrome, Marfan syndrome, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome and other genetic disorders can produce stretch marks. I would suggest you to consult dermatologist for proper examination . Doctor will examine physically and may take sample for lab test along with blood test to confirm the diagnosis .
