Hello,

The cause of your headache can be due to many causes in which I differentiate either due to migraine or with gastritis. What I would like to suggest you is you need to pay attention on your diet and timing of the diet, eat regularly do not skip meals.

You need to have a good first meal of the day and try adding milk or curds to your food and drink less of sugar with coffee. Please restrict yourself from too much greasy food street food and with lot of spices and have good amount of night meal before you fast. Try these and this may help your condition much better with the condition.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Rajatha S. S., General & Family Physician
