What Causes Muscle Aches, Headache, Dry Mouth And Hot Flashes?

I have been in the bed since monday with severe muscle aches, headache, dry mouth and I keep drinking alot and nothing seems to fix it and hot flashes I will be shaking from being cold then I will be hot again sweating bad all these things I have had and its not getting any better
