General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You need to investigate further with EMG like investigation and detailed neurological examination.

Serum ANA estimation and muscle markers should be done to rule out autoimmune and other muscular causes.

I suggest you consult a nearby neurologist for detailed evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami,
