What Causes Muscle Contraction In Hand And Eyes?

my little child, age 6yr. few days ago she was playing and suddenly she told she is feeling fear & on that moment little muscle contraction felt in her hand & her eyes was remain still.this situation remain for 3-5 sec.after that she is normal. we have completed her MRI but doctor told everything is ok nit only that this is not epilepsy he told.she have no headache & fever.
