What Causes Muscle Contractions In Head Around Temporal Area?

i have been having theses types of musle spasms in my head around my temporal areas on right and left same time. feels tight then loosens also get a twitching under my right eye these musle spasms seem intense and a strange feeling to me, should i be worried have never had them before!
