What Causes Muscle Cramps In The Body With Fatigue And Loss Of Appetite?

Hello I have recently have had extreme muscle cramps in my hands legs and sides. I also have fatigue loss of appetite all together and I also haven t been urinating but once per day granted I do work 12 hour days and have around 9-10 20oz waters in that time period. I sweat like normal. (I think)

It may indicate electrolyte imbalance so you should do check your magnesium and potassium levels fist and take supplements if necessary. Also, it may be suggestive of hormonal disorder, especially thyroid and cortisole so these should be evaluated as well.
