What Causes Muscle Cramps, Night Sweating, Exhaustion And Disturbed Sleep?

Hi I’m 74 trans man. Been taking T for about a yr. outside of joint replacements and a bowel obstruction osteoporosis I’m pretty healthy. I still do a lot of heavy work. A few wks ago I started feeling shitty, no energy, very bad sleep, and started having mussel cramping, nite sweets. 2 or 3 nites ago I started feeling worse.
