What Causes Muscle Pain All Over The Body?

Hi. I've been having muscle pain all over my body, legs, shoulders, back, neck. I have some days when I can barely walk, and I am tired all the time. I don't sleep well because of the pain. I haven't seen a doctor regarding this because I moved recently, and there is a long waiting list in my area for a doctor. Could you please give me some insight on this.
