What Causes Muscle Pain And Swelling In The Armpits?

I ve had strep symptoms about a week ago and the Thursday I stRted having flu symptoms this past Thursday but all my muscles hurt and my armpits are swallen and hurt really bad and my legs cramp and my ears hurt and my hand go to sleep and my hips hurt I can t lay on either side what s going on with my body

Hello,

It seems you have viral fever with symptoms like myalgia, arthralgia and earache (blocked eustachian tube). However, armpit swellings could be due to lymph gland swelling. Infectious mononucleosis (caused by Epstein-Barr virus /EBV) should be ruled out.
