I have been having a lot of muscle pain and weakness. This has been on going for a few years now and I have noticed I have been getting worse. My main symptoms are: muscle pain in all/most muscles. Pain feels like Charlie horses in my calves/thighs, and throbbing pain in my bi and triceps. Some times it hurts to touch my skin on my arms, like they are bruised. I have also had trouble speaking, meaning I forget what word to use, stutter or slur my speech. I stammer a lot as well, and use wrong words or mis pronounce words. When I go up stairs, my legs feel like they want to stop. So I have to rest them. After I use my arms to mop the floor or do dishes or any house work, I feel like I have lifted 100 pound weights, and then I cannot open any jars, or packages after using my arms. This would be the weakness. I also have tingling in my hands and feet off and on. I have uncontrollable muscle twitching or spasms. This happens in every part of my body including my eye lids, lips, arms, legs etc. I never run a fever or have troubles swallowing, breathing etc. I have other stuff going on as well, but wanted to mention these first.
