What Causes Muscle Pain In Ankles And Arms?

Hello, I have Auto Immune Connective Tissue Disease (possible Lupus) not confirmed and no direct answers. Have muscle pains (arms and legs) and pain in both ankles at the same time also in wrist. The ankle pain is the worst cannot understand why I have pain always in both ankles or both arms etc.
