All of my muscles hurt. My arms.legs.buttocks,back of legs Everytime I move,a muscle that I used hurts. Arms hurt when I steer,brush teeth, or lift anything My legs hurt when I bend down or walk I have been taking painkillers for 10 years-Hydrocodone,Oxycodone-Neuroton Maybe my muscles are breaking down for some reason Thanks

There can be variois causes for such a presentation like a sedentary lifestyle, lack of exercise, poor diet, malnutrition, deficiency of various nutrients, electrolyte imbalance, dehydration, etc.

If there is simultaneous weight loss and muscle wasting then you should visit a doctor for a more elaborate evaluation.
