General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to myalgia. There are several causes of myalgia such as viral an infection, fibromyalgia etc.

I would recommend using anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen three times a day. I also recommend using anti-inflammatory cream for local application. Heat compresses can also be helpful.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
