What Causes Muscle Pain In The Leg While Walking?

Hello, how are you? I m trying to get out and do some walking. so I took about a 45 minute walk but I had to stop and sit because the muscles in my back seem to tighten up to point of getting really painful. When I stop moving the pain subsides. Is this something I have to work through or see a doctor?

Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
The pain you describe could be caused by muscle strain/stress since your description suggest pain is mechanical in character.Since it subsides with rest, it may not be cause for concern yet.I will suggest you rest well and observe. If pain gets serious, you take a pain drug like ibuprofen. If pain does not subside, you see the Doctor for evaluation.
hope this will help
Best regards
