What Causes Muscle Pain In The Right Arm?

Right arm muscle leading to elbow - pain when I lift something from the top of the object - like a glass of water lifting from the top with five fingers- have been using a heavy IPad with right hand from the bottom?... May be the cause - Treatment??? May check back with you soon. Thank you

Hi,

Your symptoms seem to be related to muscle strain due to the heavy lifting. I suggest you to use painkillers such as Ibuprofen three times a day daily. I also suggest using noninflammatory creams for local application. Heat compresses can help.
