What Causes Muscle Pain,weight Loss,cough After C-section Delivery?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...HI Doc, my daughter has had a csection baby boy in feb 2010, ever since she has lost wght & is suffering from a bad cough, had a tb blood test done , was neg. she complains of fatigue, palpitations & pain in left arm muscles, has been thru a physiotherapy traetment for twenty days. cant figure out what is the problem with her.

Hi.

Has an elaborate blood profile been conducted to rule out conditions like anemia, vitamin B12 deficiency, vitamin D deficiency, etc.? I recommend checking on all such parameters including elctrolytes and so on. Once this has been done, look for any systemic conditions using parameters like CRP, ESR, RA factor, etc.
