What Causes Muscle Spasms After An Umbilical Hernia Surgery?
Hi.
I had umbilical hernia surgery 5 months ago and have been working with a trainer,slowly during my recovery. we recently discovered after i went swimming,which was restricted to only treading water lightly and floating on my back,that i am experiencing muscle spams all throughout the stomach area. I also experienced the same pain when doing a "real" push up and mountain climbers during one of my recent workouts.
Is the pain comming from weak muscles or issues/complications from the mesh used in the surgery.
