What Causes Muscle Spasms And Tightness In Head?

Please type your query here...Hi I been sick over 5 month now.I had two dr they did blood work and everething came back fine and ct scan and that's fine.I been haveing muscle spans about five weeks and my head been tight and I can fill all the nerves in my head and some time my body to.i fill like rain drops on my body and my dr said it from my muscle moveing around.
