My son s left forearm is having a muscle spasm, and its been about 45 minutes. He had been playing a computer game for about 30 minutes, and I assumed the tingling feeling and the clenching spasm were due to hat. But aftter 20 minutes of heat and now 15 minutes of icing,it feels thesame. Suggestions?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As per your history, It may be due to that long computer game. kindly apply Diclofenac spray or gel over it. Continue apply heat or ice. Give rest for sometime. Keep him hydrated. If not getting better, he may require tab. Chlorxazone after consultation.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
