What Causes Muscle Spasms In The Right Leg After A Surgery?
HI, I had surgery recently on my right leg. A partial MCL reconstruction and a large enchondroma removed from the lower femer. I am having what I call a Charlie horse or spasms in that leg. I ve had them before on occasion but this is happening several times a day and at night. Could this be from the surgery? Is it normal and if not, what can be done about it? I take potassium and magnesium supplements daily and drink plenty of water. My Dr. has already checked for a blood clot and there was none. any ideas?
