hi I have muscle tightness or spasms and some pain in left arm and breast and chest area and a pulled muscle feeling also a going to sleep feeling in arm . my neck is always stiff. I pulled all these muscles real bad a year ago. Im always getting pulled muscles. wondering if I need a vitamin
