What Causes Muscle Twitching In Hands And Legs?

Hi sir, I have a nerve problem by heredity.Everything went normal upto 24yrs of age.At 25 i faced bells palsy problem but recovered.After that i am developing strange problems inside my head and face.Frequently i am having goosh flesh in my head, pain inside the head(not the normal head pain), nerve twitching near my eye nose, muscle twiching in hand and leg,sometime blurred vision,electric shock while touching something oftenly.But all the problems are not permenant,its coming often. 50% of time i am feeling healthy while remaining 50% i am not.When i met doctors they are saying i am ok.But i am not satisfied because i am the sufferer.I am fearing of MS or any other serious nerve issues (like reflex problems)

pls help me doctors...Is this a major issue i am having hypothyroid but well controlled 75mg thyrox daily
