What Causes Muscle Twitching In Whole Body?

I have muscle twitches throughout my whole body,including my temples.it has been a little over a year. I saw a neurologist,who tested my reflexes and ruled out MS.it is really scary. any advice?they are pretty constant.I also had blood work done and it was fine.
