What Causes Muscle Twitching, Nervousness And Ear Pressure After Taking Lexapro?

I have had anxiety for about 2 weeks, and i went to my doctor, and he gave me Lexapro, but my symptoms increased (it has been 2 days since I started Lexapro). I also have muscle twitching, and I am very nervous and obsessive about ms and a brain tumor. My sight seems to be fine, my hearing is good but my ears, nose, and forehead feel slight pressure. I am very anxious.
