What Causes Muscle Weakness In The Arms And Legs?

My brother who is 63 years old has fallen twice in the last 2 weeks. He said he feels as if he is loosing muscular strength in his arms and legs. He said one of his feet is current pointed sideways and he cannot change the direction. I am trying to encourage him to go to the doctor. Our father had Parkinson s disease when he died at age 74. Your thoughts are appreciated. My email address: YYYY@YYYY
