What Causes Muscles Twitches, Bradycardia, Blurry Vision, Headache And Chest Pains?

im 29 male with history of asthma and spina bifida occulta for past 7 months ive been having muscle twitches change in heart rate usually slower than normal when twitching happens and cramps blurry vision severe headaches confusion shakyness breathlessness chest and arm pain pins and needles tightness in left rib cage recently pleurisy i feel like im dying and no 1 can find anything ive had 3 stress tests 1 echo 1 head ct scan 24 hour urine screening 5 day blood screening 3 day holter monitor all were fine but it feels like some fuse has tripped and my body isnt functioning properly
