What Causes Muscular Cramps With Diabetes And High BP?

hi this is fouzia .my dad in india has severe muscular cramp all over his body. he is struggling for the past 2 weeks with this pain. we showed to all the doctors in pondicherry, india. doctors took all the scanning and ecg and atlast said.. nothing is visible in the report. we are worried. give me some suggestions.. my dad has diabetics and high blood pressure.
