What Causes Muscular Pain In Shoulder And Chest?

Shortly after visiting my dentist with administering a local anathstetic (12hrs after) I experience a severe muscular pain in upper left shoulder & chest. Pain is so severe, that cause problem to take a dip breath. Hospital visit reveal no problems with the hart. This pain last up to 6-7 days.
