What Causes Musculoskeletal Pain?

49 y old lady, Had Fever 4 weeks back.Recovered in 3 days.Now musculoskeletal pain since 1 week-R-shoulder cuff, R-elbow, numbness in right fingers-more early morning stiffness.

Both feet-painful dorsiflexion.Cannot climb down stairs.

Is it chikunguniya or some other arthrits?
