What Causes My Arms To Fall Asleep At Night And Persistent Numbness And Tingling In My Hand During The Day After Recent Bodybuilding Weight Gain?

I have recently gained a lot of weight bodybuilding and the past week I have had my arms falling asleep on me while im sleeping. It usually goes away after a short time but this mornning and all afternoon I've had a slight numbness in my arm and tingling in my hand. Any idea why?
