What Causes My Child S Persistent, Painless Jaw Lymph Node Swelling Along With Occasional Body Warmth And A Mildly Red Eye?

Hi, my son who is 3 years and 11 month has 2 lymph node one on right side under jaw and one on left side under jaw. It isn t painful, but then too we did test in which they pricked a little part from there through the injection.. It said infection but it wasn t T. B... We gave him many antibiotics prescribed by ENT... BUT THE SWELLING DINT GO.. according to our pediatric he said stop the antibiotics.. So we stopped.. Wht is the reason for this swelling.. He is physically active.. Sometimes we feel his body is warm.. We cannot say fever but warm. What should we do? Since 3 to 4 days his left eye is little pink/red. He doesn t have pain or anything. Note: he is fasting with us willingly. We say no but he wants to.. Is it because of that..
