What Causes My Left Clavicle To Raise?

Hi, my name is Jenny. On March 17th, I woke up with the left clavicle being raised (feeling like bone being visually pushed forward). Had negative x-ray same day. Two weeks ago, helping a friend move some items (lightweight) heard an extremely loud pop noise, bone appearing to stick out further now, same headache since. What can I do?
