Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. Nocturnal panic attack is what you are experiencing. Behind every panic attack, there should be an underlying anxiety disorder. That could be reason in your case also. Palpitation and disorientation is also possible. First, please consult a physician and get your EKG done to rule out any possible heart problems. If fine in that aspect, please consult a psychologist for knowing the anxiety disorder and its treatment.

If you require more of my help in this aspect, please use this URL. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Make sure that you include every minute details possible.
