What Causes My Periods Getting Late?

I did abortion 1st time in october last year after dat im pracnent and i did abortion 2 nd time when 4 and a half month on 19th march this year after that in April my period late for 10 days and this month it already 10 days late should i worry ??? but i did nt hav sex without condom??
