What Causes My Tesicles And Scrotum To Be Tight All The Time?

my tesicles and scrotum are always tight, to a point that it feels like im being pinched, when my srotum retracts( which is always) my penis becomes limp and shrinks in lenght and mainly girth, iv had this problem for about 2 years. what can i do to relax my scrotum and keep it like that permanantly. i never had problems like these up untill 2 years ago. its so uncomfortable. im 19. i weigh 72kg's , had an undesended right testicle and have got a cyst on it.

Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
You are a known case of undescended testis on the right side and this explains that why are your testes and scrotum are always tight to the point that you feel that they are pinched.
Since the testes have not traveled their normal course the scrotum too does not develop properly. Hence does not lengthen.
You should got your surgery done a long ago, now that you are 19 years old, it is going to be an uphill task.
Consult an Urologist and get clinical evaluation and examination and plan for the surgery.
Since the testes are undeveloped the production of the hormone called testosterone must have been less causing the problem with erection.
Get the Testosterone and other hormone levels done to know the exact level and get hormones if required for proper development of genitals and for normal sexual functions.
