What Causes My Vaginal Swelling And Pain After Urination?

Hello i have a question. Ive been to the doctor several times and i come out to be clean and healthy every single time. I go in because the inside of my vagina swells up and causes pain when I either pee or just doing my normal activities. The pain would go away after a bit, but it stills comes back and I can't get rid of it.
