What Causes My Vulva To Itch?

my vulva is itching really bad which intensifies at night.....i try not to scratch but it seems like nothing is working.....i have scales on my thigh part and if i remove it, it bleeds....i am taking flagell which seems to not be doing anything....what could this be and what can i do for relief?
