What Causes Narrow Stools With Blood In Stool?
My wife has been out of the surgery for 4 days now. She has no tenderness in stomach, but feels very flushed, she had light pink looking mucous on the tip and bottom of her stool as well as a sport of fresh looking blood on tp. Is this normal, her stools are solid not large but like 2 pencils in thickness. She had constant diareah until after surgery. Could this be an internal hemmroid, or normal?

Most probably it is simple hemorrhoids.
As the first line of management, she can take laxatives like Lactulose for symptomatic relief.
If the symptoms persist, better to consult a gastroenterologist and get evaluated.
