What Causes Nasal And Ear Blockage, Throat Itching, Breathlessness With Catarrh?

hi, pls i had cattarh about 5weeks ago, but as time went on, it got severe-my both nostrils got blocked making it highly difficult to breathe, my ears get blocked too when i try to swallow spit. my throat itches.and then there is something in my airline that refuses to come out through my nose and also would not come out through the throat to my mouth. I have drank lime in warm water, i have dipped my head in hot water and rob solution, i have taken procold, gone to a pharmacist who prescribed sporidex and xyzal. None of these has worked..still having difficulties in breathing, WHAT DO I DO AGAIN DOCTOR?
