What Causes Nasal Bleeding After Giving Delsym And Motrin For Fever?

My eight-year-old daughter was diagnosed on Monday with type B flu. I have been giving her Dylsum cough syrup along with Motrin or Tylenol to help with the fever or runny nose and the aches and pains. No tonight at 8 o clock she began with bloody nose she s had three so far. The last one all have had large clotting. Is the clotting normal? Should I take her into the ER the last one lasted pretty long? Thank you Suzanne S

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the cold condition then such clotting may be normal one but it has to be taken for investigation and it can not be underestimated, such condition needed to be tested with routine tests like blood test, imaging studies hope this information helps.
